He did not put any National Art Council busking license, it was very sure he is illegal. Usually if those China busker being asked where is his/her license, the same answer is: "Forgot to bring".Found a familiar face on his display: a very famous lowest rate China new immigrant who supply event services for all event companies in Singapore was there!
I am not sure this China guy is her relative or not, anywhere that is not my problem, wish all event companies and whatever companies happy using cheapest event talents as they wish. haahaa!
