ION Orchard
When I passing by Orchard, I just found ION Orchard had removed its “construction in progress” cover and felt that suddenly having big space surrounding there.

Clarke Quay
I had met some friends for a drink last week.
That was interesting that one of the pub having a private event; they had engaged a Scotland bagpiper musician doing some music for their event, which was really interesting.
Found a portrait and caricature drawing booth down here.
One of the stylo design bar/pub.
Another stylo themed dining/pub/bar. Anyway, I would not feel comfortable to sit on the wheel chair for my dinner here, haahaa!

Steamed Pork Belly with Home Made Sauce
Just bought some pork belly and did it in steamed way for today.
I cut the pork belly in about few cm per piece and pour some teriyaki sauce for a while then deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, 
then put them in a plate and pour some cold water to wash the meat. 
Then I pour in the home made sauce which contained garlic, onion, gingers, 1 stick 2-3cm cinnamon stick, 2 star anise, then a teaspoon of oyster sauce, Kikkoman soy sauce, ‘Hua Diao’ wine, a small piece of soya bean curd, sugars with some water. (the quantity would depend how heavy of the taste you like it to be)
I just used my indution cooker steamed it in 200C degree for 1 hours (you can try 1-2 hours)to get it done, the meat will became soften, especially the fat portion of the pork belly will be taste great instead of the oily feel, I guest because of the effect of the long steam process.
Just fry a long vegetable ‘Chye Sim’ from Cameron, Malaysia for one more dish of the day.

Two hand’s Calligraphy
I am the one who use two hands to draw in Singapore, or I am one of the artist who draw using two hands (because nowadays could be more and more artist using two hands to draw in Singapore), then this calligrapher was much more better then all of us. 
Look! He can use his leg to grab the calligraphy brushes to write, one hand holding 2 calligraphy brushes to write and having lots more special writing unique skills!
That’s what I talking about. This calligrapher is Mr Tan, sometimes you can see him doing busking at Ang Mo Kio Central area.

Drawing Caricature Using Two Hands
Just did an event at Sentosa this morning, one of the guests told me he came across a female caricaturist using doing her caricature using two hands drawn in marker as well. That was not my first time hearing someone else using two hands to draw in recent years. 
Talking about drawing caricature using two hands in Singapore, I am very sure to say I am the first person who doing it in the events since 1990 till now.
As an ambidextrous, I did not feel special proud or can be arrogant some sort, because drawing or writing using two hands, just a very common matters, as common as like this world having twins, those people who having 6 fingers in each of their hands etc.Anyone also can be draw or write using both hands simultaneously as long as they willing to train themselves.
Anyway, I will be very proud and very arrogant once I successful to train myself using my foot or whatever other body parts to hold a pen to draw. Heehee!
Nothing to be surprise that during recent years, more and more caricaturists join the events and entertainment industry, more and more artists copy each others and became much more competitive in the limited market in Singapore. Hence, sooner or later, you will seeing many ‘two handed’ caricaturists in Singapore or it could made Singapore became ‘The most Caricaturists Drawn using two hands in the World’ haahaa!
People who can draw or write using their both hands at the same time, I think should be 30% or more in our whole world’s population, definitely not only 1% existing in this world, haahaa!
End of the day, the quality and the originality creation of the artwork is the most important criteria being a professional.

Watched one of Singapore’s famous magicians JC Sum & Magic Babe Ning’s performance at Central Shopping Mall located at Clarke Quay to night, that was really amazing!
JC Sum and Ning’s performance was really attracted big crowd!
