Steam Batang fish with Home Made Sauce
Just made steam Batang fish with home made sauce today.I made this home made sauce which fry the cut 5 small onions with oil until it getting slightly yellowish, then I add in some garlic, gingers; after stir a while, just added in 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce and 1/3 tea spoon of sugar, about 100ml water. You can add in some pepper or chillies if you like.I steam the fish about 10 minutes with spring onion without putting any other ingredient like soy sauce or oil etc.Now I pour the home made sauce on the steamed fish and covered it for about 5-10 minutes and the dish is ready to serve. (Since the fish is cooked, just off the cooker)
