The Pan Pacific Hotel's Event

Did a roaming caricature for Oilpods.com’s new year event at The Pan Pacific Hotel. There were 3 different company’s New Year events at the same floor. Met Syria and Eddie Singh, both of them are popular emcee in Singapore, both of them always very friendly to me, they had been in this industry many years as well. A guitarist is singing at the next ballroom of our event. He is a professional.The field opposite Esplanade, near Padang, had parked some “Entertainer” stuffs, guess it was preparing for Chinese New Year bazaars.

Cheap Breakfast and Expensive Dinner

$1.80 Nasi Lemak + $0.80 Kopi "Siew Dai" for my breakfast at HDB flats coffee shop;
and my $5.00 dinner at Raffles City food court exclusive drink. Big different with the price but not much different from the quantity and qualitiy of the food.

Did caricature for Carlton Hotel's pre-event.I always like the Safari designed pub inside the hotel, but not chance to have a drink there.Nice decorations!My 2nd time met "The Colourful Faces Studio" doing their event glamorous shot.

Done a event caricature for National Youth Council at DXO pub next to Esplanade, the guest was all youngster.

Tealeaf fortune telling and Graphology

There was a unique fortune telling which you watch from Harry Potter movie: “Tealeaf Fortune Telling”. I know one lady can do the tealeaf fortune telling, maybe she was the only one can do this in Singapore so far; she is Angela.

Another type of fortune telling was “Graphology”, which actually is character reading by analyzing your handwriting. In Singapore, so far I know one person, he is William Pang. He is an independent graphologist and also an independent forge and forgery analyzing specialist who work with the court.

Mutton Curry

Past by Tanjung Pagar area, must go to the food court linked to Amara Hotel eat my favourite Mutton Curry! I ate this stall’s curry about more than 8 years!!! It was at level 4, the stall named “Nan Nan Curry”, it had been interviewed and promoted by many medias and magazines.

My Last $2.00 Wanthan Noodles!!!

Had my breakfast this morning, the Wanthan noodle auntile told me, tomorrow onwards, 1st January 2008, about 20hours later, the whole hawker centre's food selling price will be go up!!! This is my last $2.00 wanthan noodle, tomorrow will be selling in $2.50 !!!!!
