Bought this white mushrooms from Cold Storage Super Market,

and cook with my ginger chicken ingredients.

Hmm….white button mushroom in this dish was good to me, I only feel the great unique taste of this mushroom while the time I bite on it; not like black China mushrooms that usually merge its taste in the cooking sauces.
Hmm... Different mushrooms added in this dish will having different outcome. Now I realized that for this particular dish was only suitable to cook with one type of mushroom instead adding assorted mushrooms.
Just add one more vegetables for my “lunch + dinner set” :)
