Found this big well designed display was stunning great in night!
It is 'The Interlace' new condos as in the newspaper recently I saw.Just took a walk on the high bridge opposite of the Hort Park Singapore.

There are somebody jogging down there at night time!
There were some pub and restaurant near by at the other end of this area (which nearby NOL or PSA building), I am just first time here.
Seems this area is called ‘Little Bali’.
